If the package you have chosen includes backup services from us, our service provider, one.com, securely stores all your data. Your website data is stored safely, and backups are preserved for one week. This ensures that your data is protected, offering the reassurance that it can be restored in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
We rely on a third-party company for hosting and mail services, and they manage all customer data on our behalf. Aone.no does not store any personal data on our system, except for invoices, in accordance with our privacy practices. Rest assured, we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your information.
Any data generated from booking tables or sales on the customer's website, which we design or maintain, will be stored on the hosting provider's server. The customer is responsible for managing and deleting this data if it is no longer necessary. Alternatively, they may request in writing for us to delete data that is no longer required, especially during periods of maintenance. We prioritize data security and encourage responsible data management practices.
If requested by the customer, we create wireframes and mock-ups to visually represent the software's layout and design.
Wireframes are basic, low-fidelity representations outlining the structure and elements of each screen or page.
Mock-ups are more detailed, high-fidelity designs that showcase the visual style, color scheme, and overall aesthetics.
Present the wireframes or mock-ups to the customer for review.
Discuss design elements, user interface (UI) choices, and overall aesthetics. If the customer agrees with the design, it helps establish a clear understanding of expectations and reduces the likelihood of significant changes later in the development process.
Note that the inclusion of wireframing and mock-ups may impact the project cost, as it involves additional design efforts.
Transparently communicate any associated costs with the customer and obtain approval before proceeding.
Once the customer approves the design, the development team transitions to the implementation phase.
Developers begin coding based on the finalized design specifications.
The approved design serves as a guide for creating the actual software with a clear vision of the desired outcome.
This approach ensures that the design phase is collaborative, with the customer having a say in the visual representation of the software. It also helps manage expectations and minimizes the likelihood of major design changes during the development process.Development
